Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PARRON LAW website located at PARRON.LAW(the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Informational Purpose Only
The Site is provided for general informational purposes and constitutes attorney advertising. It does not provide legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please review our Legal Notices & Disclaimer for important information.
ipAi — AI Assistant
The Site offers “ipAi,” an automated artificial- intelligence assistant. Before using ipAi you must register and affirmatively agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Your use of ipAi is subject to the following, in addition to the rest of these Terms:
- General information only; not legal advice. ipAi provides general legal and business information for educational purposes only. It does not provide legal advice, does not recommend a course of action for your specific situation, and its use does not create an attorney-client relationship. No attorney-client relationship is formed unless and until you sign a written engagement agreement with the Firm.
- AI-generated and may be inaccurate. Responses are generated by an AI model, may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect, and must not be relied upon. Verify any information with a licensed attorney before acting on it. For guidance on your matter, schedule a consultation with the Firm.
- Not a confidential or secure channel. Do not submit confidential, privileged, time-sensitive, or highly sensitive information through ipAi. Communications with the assistant are not privileged. Do not use ipAi for emergencies or matters requiring urgent attention.
- Document uploads — agreements only. You may upload an executed or draft agreement or contract (PDF or Word) for general, informational discussion of its provisions. You represent that you have the right to share any document you upload. Uploaded documents are treated as unverified; the Firm does not assume you own them or that they are authentic, and reviewing a document creates no obligation or relationship.
- No unsolicited creative works or IP. The Firm does not accept unsolicited submissions of intellectual property or creative works. Do not upload or paste books, scripts, screenplays, treatments, business ideas or plans, artwork, music or lyrics, or any other original creative work. Any such materials are deleted without review, and their submission creates no confidentiality obligation, no attorney-client relationship, and no liability on the part of the Firm.
- Logging, review & AI processing. Your registration details and conversations are logged, may be reviewed by Firm personnel, and are processed by a third-party AI provider to generate responses, as described in our Privacy Policy. Scheduling links may carry the details you provided to pre-fill the Firm’s booking form.
- Acceptable use. Do not use ipAi to submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, to attempt to obtain legal advice you then rely on, or to probe, manipulate, or misuse the underlying AI system.
