SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Messaging Frequency

By enrolling in our SMS messaging program, Subscribers may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on the nature of the campaign, billing or service updates. Message frequency may vary based on user interactions and preferences.

2. Potential Fees

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are determined by your mobile service provider and are not controlled by PARRON LAW. Please contact your carrier for details on your SMS plan.

3. Opt-In

To opt into our SMS messaging service:

  • Enter your mobile number during the sign-up process on our Contact Us page and explicitly agree to receive SMS communications.
  • To subscribe, text “START” to 305-459-3349. By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from PARRON LAW for the Miami location.
  • To subscribe, text “START” to 212-419-0773. By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from PARRON LAW for the New York location.
  • To subscribe, text “START” to 310-598-3550. By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from PARRON LAW for the Los Angeles location.

By opting in, you confirm that you own or are authorized to use the provided mobile number.

4. Opt-Out

To stop receiving SMS messages, you can:

  • Text “STOP” to 305-459-3349 for SMS messages from PARRON LAW Miami location.
  • Text “STOP” to 212-419-0773 for SMS messages from PARRON LAW New York location.
  • Text “STOP” to 310-598-3550 for SMS messages from PARRON LAW Los Angeles location.

Once we receive your opt-out request, we will confirm your unsubscription via a final SMS, after which you will no longer receive messages from us.

For assistance at any time, text “HELP” to 305-459-3349, or email info@PARRON.LAW. By participating, you consent to receive text messages related to legal services and billing from PARRON LAW. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message & data rates may apply and message frequency may vary.
