Miami, December 12, 2016 – Entertainment and sports attorney Ivan Parron, principal of the law firm PARRON LAW | Entertainment & Sports, with offices located in Miami, Los Angeles and New York, has been invited to participate as a panelist at the premier television industry conference, NATPE (National Association of Television Programming Executives) in Miami this January. Part of the NATPE conference “Master Class” series, the panel will focus on reality television and current legal issues in the production, platforms and international realm of the reality television industry. The panel and discussion is being programmed by NATPE in association with the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers, an organization which Mr. Parron is an active member of.
The NATPEMIAMI conference will take place January 17-19, 2017 at the Fontainebleau Hilton Resort and Nobu Hotel Eden Roc in Miami Beach, Florida.

Topic: “The Reality of the Deal: Current Legal Issues in Production, Platforms and International”
Description: As reality television continues to grow in popularity, it confronts most of the same legal issues as the television industry as a whole. What are the key issues for talent and for producers to negotiate in production agreements? How are deals struck to exploit all of the relevant platforms? What are the key issues to address in order to maximize the international markets? Our panel of experts will discuss the current law in the TV industry and what the future holds.
